What brands of clothing and shoes are available for purchase in your stores?
 
We stock numerous different brands in our locations from Capezio to Bloch. We make sure to stock all required dance shoes and apparel for our local studios, and we are always willing to special order items for our customers. We provide clothing from toddler sizes to plus size adult.
 
Do you offer discounts?
 
We offer a loyalty program to all customers. This allows you to earn credit toward items in our store every time you make a purchase. We also offer group discounts for large orders. Call us for more information.
 
Store Hour Information
 
Here at Bailey Slipper Shop, we offer extended hours during the busy back-to-school season. Our current hours are always posted on our website. You may also call any of our locations for more information on hours.

How to Return
 
All merchandise returns must be made in-store within 10 days of purchase. We require the items to be unworn and in original packaging with a valid receipt. Any items past the 10-day return policy will be given a store credit or even exchanged for other goods.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
 
If you find that you have purchased incorrect or damaged items, please call us and ask to speak with management. We will do our best to make sure you receive the items you need in new condition as quickly as possible.
 
Exchanges
 
Merchandise being exchanged in the store is required to be in new, unworn condition. You will be given the option of exchanging the item that day or a store credit for later use. Our store credits never expire.
